The two important and sometimes difficult aspects of table construction are: One, getting the top flat and getting it to stay that way, and; Two, getting the bottom flat and getting it to stay that way. But the beauty is in between. (Hopefully)

dining, bar and coffee tables

a top and a base, how hard could it be...

This table presented many challenges to build as it had to fit in a small home and be both a coffee table and then convert to a dining table. The two ends fold up along with the attached legs making it both longer and taller.

One of my first ever tables, made from redgum and stainless steel. It has lived in Melbourne and Sydney.

Who said you cannot make a table top out of Bunnings kindling wood. Its suspended in stainless steel cables.
